  • Our courses are always current.  All of the courses are updated within  months of the issuance of a significant new pronouncement.
  • Our courses provide the necessary tools to enable practitioners to implement the professional standards promulgated by the AICPA and the FASB.  Our courses enables practitioners to understand the entire text of the relevant sections that apply to topics in the course materials as required by the standards.  The courses not only explain what a practitioner must do, but how to do it.  Each course is loaded with presentation examples, report examples, and other practice aids necessary to implement the applicable standards.  The courses give participants access to more than 300 practice aids!
  • The results of the positive enforcement programs of the various state boards of accountancy, findings in firm peer and quality review programs, and lawsuits filed against CPA's are monitored in order to identify troublesome areas.   All of the courses are designed to enable practitioners to become aware of and learn how to handle the troublesome areas as applicable to the subject matters covered.
  • Our courses are presented in compliance with the AICPA and NASBA joint “Statements on Standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

“Walt keeps everything interesting and engaging.  He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a good learning experience.”
-Oregon Participant

“Over 40 years in the profession – best discussion leader I have ever had!” -Arizona Participant

Walter is a terrific instructor, the materials are incredible. I first took a class from Walter in Oregon in 1983. I thought then he was "weird" because he had the standards on his night stand. Thanks goodness he did. He undoubtedly saved many a CPA in Oregon (and elsewhere) from serious trouble. He has provided our profession with invaluable insight. Thanks for continuing to do this Walter.
- Oregon Participant
